Responsibilities
Lead daily work activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Coordinate crew assignments and support team productivity goals
Monitor operations and address issues to minimize downtime
Train and mentor team members on safety practices and job procedures
Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams

Working knowledge of equipment, processes, and site operations
Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$23.68 to $34.28 per hour
