** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead daily work activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently
* Coordinate crew assignments and support team productivity goals
* Monitor operations and address issues to minimize downtime
* Train and mentor team members on safety practices and job procedures
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team in a production environment
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands
* Working knowledge of equipment, processes, and site operations
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $23.68 to $34.28 per hour
