Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager for the 1st shift in a food manufacturing facility. You will direct and coordinate production activities, lead supervisors, and ensure adherence to GMPs and food safety standards.
The role requires 5–10 years in food manufacturing and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Overtime and potential travel up to 10% may be required. This position reports to the Plant Manager and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
