We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate has hands-on machining experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

• Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
• Load tools, fixtures, and materials according to job requirements
• Run and adjust CNC programs as needed to maintain quality
• Perform tool offsets, wear adjustments, and basic program edits
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and job travelers
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make corrections
• Maintain production schedules and meet quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Technical/trade school training a plus
• Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
• Ability to read complex blueprints and specifications
• Strong math skills and understanding of machining tolerances
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs and stand for extended periods

Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

$18.00 and up depending on experience
