• Create and edit branded marketing materials using Canva and Adobe InDesign to support commercial and activation team initiatives.
• Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all digital and branded assets.
• Monitor and audit Amazon Brand Registry listings for brand compliance and accuracy.
• Identify unauthorized resellers and potential policy violations.
• Open, track, and manage cases within Amazon Brand Registry to resolve compliance issues.
• Support ongoing content updates, digital initiatives, and brand activation projects as needed.
• Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to maintain brand integrity across platforms.

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign (required)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Brand Registry (preferred)
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a part-time schedule
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
• Comfortable navigating digital platforms and clearly reporting issues
• Passion for brand integrity and visual excellence
