We are prayerfully seeking a servant-hearted leader who is called to shepherd a congregation eager to grow in worship, discipleship, and outreach. Our people are warm, engaged, and ready to support a pastor who will lead with humility, vision, and biblical conviction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services and deliver biblical, Spirit-led sermons.
• Provide pastoral care, guidance, and encouragement to the congregation.
• Partner with staff and volunteers to nurture and grow church ministries.
• Engage with our local community through outreach and missions.
• Collaborate with church leadership to discern and pursue God’s vision for our future.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a strong and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Holds a Master of Divinity or equivalent theological degree from an accredited institution.
• Is ordained or licensed as a pastor.
• Brings at least five years of pastoral and leadership experience.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Encourages teamwork and empowers others to serve.
• Cares deeply for people and models Christlike humility.
