New Vision Fellowship , a growing church for all ages in Madison, NC intent on multiplying God’s glory on the earth and affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, seeks a God-called, spiritually mature, highly capable, full-time Executive Pastor to serve as the primary leader under the Lead Pastor. This individual will oversee church operations, staff, ministry teams, and facilities, ensuring all aspects of church life align with our mission and vision.
The Executive Pastor will also play a vital role in preaching, teaching, and shepherding, helping our church thrive and grow in Christlikeness.
