RN​/LPN Supervisor

This position requires a qualified and licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, with a preference for those with experience in geriatrics or leadership. The role involves overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining communication between staff and management.

• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality resident care.
• Coordinate workflow, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor team performance, participate in evaluations, and assist with staff training and development.
• Oversee nursing care according to physician orders and resident care plans, including medication administration and documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
