Sign-on Bonus

Management Preferences
- Psychiatric nursing experience.
- American Sign Language (ASL) experience valuable.
Conditional Requirements
Selected applicants must pass a State Bureau of Investigation Criminal History Check, complete BLS/CPR training, and CPI training during orientation.
Work Schedule
- 12‑hour Day: 7:00 am – 7:30 pm (10% Weekend)
- 12‑hour Night: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am (20% Weekday & 30% Weekend)
- 8‑hour shifts considered upon request.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff in delivering patient care across adult, adolescent, deaf, medical, and geriatric populations.
- Implement the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical guidance and feedback to staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Support and mentor peers, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.
Minimum Education and Experience
Registered Nurse license in the State of North Carolina.
