We are seeking Board Certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our team.

• Obtain an adequate history and perform a thorough physical examination for patients presenting with medical concerns.
• Order and interpret relevant laboratory and radiographic studies based on the initial evaluation.
• Make evidence‑based therapeutic decisions in collaboration with patients using the information gathered.
• Administer appropriate medications or treatments as necessary.
• Perform minor surgical procedures such as suturing, stitching, stapling, incision, and drainage when clinically indicated.
• Obtain DOT certification if not already certified; certification required within six months of hire.

• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with BLS certification.
• Active NC provider license in good standing.
• At least one year of provider experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Primary Care Medicine settings.
• Preferred: prior experience in an outpatient medical clinic or urgent care setting.
