Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical Nights

Schedule: 3 12‑hour shifts every 3rd weekend. Full‑time nights.

Compensation: $20,000 sign‑on bonus eligible.

Location: 4 North (night shifts 7a‑7p/7p‑7a) on an 18‑bed general medical surgical floor.

Team: 1:6 nurse‑to‑CNA and unit secretary ratio. Willing to train.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

• Current state RN license
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
