Director of Nursing, Maternal Child
Cary, NC. Small‑town life, low cost of living, easy access to Raleigh/Durham. Just a short drive from world‑class golf courses and a three‑hour drive to North Carolina beaches and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
ResponsibilitiesOversee Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Level‑II Nursery units with approximately 400 births annually. Develop, implement, and manage the department budget. Lead ongoing quality and performance improvement initiatives. Promote lifelong learning and staff professional development. Ensure employees complete all required annual competencies. Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Qualifications- 3+ years of nursing management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Employment Type:
Full‑Time
Salary: $120.00 – $135.00 per year
