Position for Ohio Health in Columbus, United States.
Job Description SummaryProvides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in an Ambulatory Infusion Center.
Responsibilities And Duties- 30% Assessment/Diagnosis – Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population or individual.
- 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning – Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.
- 20% Implementation/Evaluation – Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; revises plan of care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- 10% Leadership – Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
- 10% Operations – Performs major duties/responsibilities and essential functions as required; may be requested to provide other duties as necessary.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- (BSN required at 5 years of employment)
Additional preferred qualifications:
Any Oncology or Infusion experience.
