Position for Ohio Health in Columbus, United States.

Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in an Ambulatory Infusion Center.

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis – Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population or individual.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning – Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation – Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; revises plan of care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• 10% Leadership – Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• 10% Operations – Performs major duties/responsibilities and essential functions as required; may be requested to provide other duties as necessary.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• (BSN required at 5 years of employment)

Additional preferred qualifications:
Any Oncology or Infusion experience.
