Salary: $76,424 – $102,707 annually ($37–$50/hr)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee clinic and day center operations within a PACE program. This leadership role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, supporting patient care operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting high-quality care for older adults.

• Manage daily clinic and day center operations
• Supervise Nurse Care Managers, Home Care Coordinators, Medical Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants
• Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Support clinical workflows and care coordination processes
• Provide education and training to staff, participants, and caregivers
• Conduct staff coaching, competency evaluations, and performance management
• Monitor quality of care and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Assist with policy development, implementation, and process improvement initiatives
• Communicate participant condition changes to caregivers and care teams
• Provide direct patient care as needed

• Active North Carolina RN license
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• BLS and First Aid Certification
