Urgent Care APRN / PA‑C - Burlington NC (Immediate $10,000 Sign on Bonus)

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 per year

We are looking for Board‑Certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with BLS Certification, an active North Carolina Provider license in good standing, and at least one year of experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Primary Care Medicine.

Prior outpatient or urgent‑care experience is preferred.

• Obtain a complete history and perform a focused physical examination of the presenting problem.
• Order appropriate laboratory and radiographic studies based on the initial evaluation.
• Make therapeutic decisions in conjunction with the patient.
• Administer medications or treatments as necessary.
• Perform minor surgical procedures, such as suturing, stitching, stapling, incision, and drainage.
• Obtain DOT certification within six months of hire if not already certified.
