Pay Rate: $ 41.00/hr

Location:

Cary, NC  onsite and Hybrid (Twice weekly in office REQUIRED)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 9am-6pm  (occasional Saturdays)

** What You'll Do*
* Educate and counsel patients on specialty medication therapies

Support medication adherence through ongoing patient outreach and engagement

Discuss treatment plans, side effects, and symptom management with patients and caregivers

Assess patient concerns and provide clinical guidance via phone-based interactions

Document all patient interactions accurately and in compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations

Collaborate with providers, pharmacists, and support teams to ensure optimal patient care

Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with FDA and manufacturer requirements

Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance

** What We're Looking For*
* Active, unrestricted Compact RN License or North Carolina RN License

Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or accredited Nursing Diploma

4+ years of nursing experience

At least 1 year of experience in:

- Oncology

- Acute Care

- Inpatient Care

- Specialty Care

Strong communication and patient education skills

Comfortable assessing patients and providing clinical support over the phone

Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to obtain additional state licenses within 3 months of hire (supported program available)

Experience with motivational interviewing is a plus
