Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25

With 10 sites across the Charlotte market, each clinic is equipped withstate-of-the-art technology, including linear accelerators and image-guided systems, allowing for precise targeting of cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue. A highly skilled team of radiation oncologists, nurses, dosimetrists, and radiation therapists work collaboratively to deliver personalized treatment plans that minimize side effects andoptimizeoutcomes.

• Advanced Treatment Modalities
  : IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, brachytherapy, proton beam, and gamma knife therapies
• Multidisciplinary Care

  Seamless coordination with medical and surgical oncology teams

• Clinical Expertise

  Board-certified radiation oncologists with subspecialty training
• Technology Integration

  Real-time imaging and treatment planning systems for accuracy and safety

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Oncology experience preferred.
  
  Proficiency in IV therapy, bone marrow, spinals, thoracenteses,paracentesesand phlebotomy preferred. Oncology certification is preferred. BLSrequiredper policy guidelines.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic carein accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, andskillscommunication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
