Registered Nurse

Liberty Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and promote safety and quality standards.

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting findings accurately
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient care
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self‑care
• Coordinate transitions of care and support case management activities
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards
