Pruitt Health Hospice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team delivering compassionate hospice and palliative care in patient homes or care facilities. The NP will assess hospice patients, develop and manage care plans, and coordinate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
Qualified candidates hold active RN and NP licensure in the state of practice, and board certification in adult, family, geriatric, or adult-gerontology primary care.
