Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking an experienced LPN to assist in directing nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delegate duties, and monitor staff performance. Responsibilities include observing patients for symptoms or reactions, notifying physicians of emergencies or patient changes, and implementing physician orders. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing with proof of renewal every other year.
• Willingness to serve as a charge nurse and work during emergencies for coverage.
• Ability to provide quality geriatric nursing care, follow doctor’s orders, and demonstrate a genuine interest in patient well-being.
• Annual CPR certification and participation in in-service training and staff meetings.

• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle emergency situations.
