Compensation: $73.00 - $80.14/hr.
Schedule:
40 hours/week - 1st shift
- Develops, proposes and implements EHS processes or methods.
- Plans and accomplishes roll out of EHS programs or projects, and monitors related milestones in the organization.
- Analyses and monitors adherence to EHS standards in assigned organizations, and prepares regular EHS reporting.
- Analyzes and reports on changes in relevant EHS laws and regulations, and recommends changes for internal standards.
- Contributes to internal and external EHS audits, in support of accountable EHS officer.
- Prepares regular external EHS reporting for official authorities or for internal stakeholders.
- Maintains operational contact with external authorities.
- Trains employees and management.
- Keeps abreast of all relevant regulations and standards in regional or local law.
- Solves assigned, non‑routine tasks, contributing to projects or assignments, and supports development of guidelines, methods, tools or business processes.
- Contributes to and delivers business processes or detailed technology solutions in a self‑managed, target‑oriented manner, thereby contributing to team results.
- Analyzes, develops, tests or implements processes, technologies and systems in specific field of expertise from first principles.
- Targets are short‑ to medium‑term milestones, with achievements monitored.
- May provide functional advice to and integrate services of operational staff or semi‑professional colleagues.
- Develops basic business understanding.
- Contributes to team effort and awareness of expected value adds.
- May improve processes, business methods or technical components.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience supporting EHS programs, audits, reporting or compliance initiatives.
What Sets You Apart:
- Master Entry.
- Needs professional technological, economical or scientific know‑how, methods, tools and principles, and applies to differing and variable situations.
- Good knowledge in a technical field or business method including the basic theoretical background.
