This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role based in Cary, North Carolina. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with leasing inquiries, managing lease agreements, ensuring resident satisfaction, and supporting lease administration tasks. The role includes fostering relationships with current residents to enhance retention and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining property occupancy goals.

• Proficiency in Lease Administration, including drafting and managing lease agreements
• Skills in Resident Retention and providing excellent Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members
• Knowledge and experience with leases and property leasing practices
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Previous leasing or property management experience is a plus
• Familiarity with property management software is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are advantageous
