Bunner; Busser​/Foodrunner; Glenaire

The Bunner is responsible for setting and clearing restaurant tables; stocks all service stations and assists food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.

This position must be available to work weekends.

• Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting. Promptly and consistently resets all service ware as prescribed.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Wipes down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary.
• Serves as a cashier as needed
• Serves guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Assists server with food & beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Performs any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
• Folds napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
• Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons/customers.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.
• Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Performs all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
• Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, greeting and seating guests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Completes side work as assigned
