Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced General Manager who is hardworking and passionate about the hospitality industry. The General Manager leads by example, consistently delivering sincere hospitality to guests and team members, while maintaining a strong presence in the dining room. This role requires both strong structure/system knowledge and creative, outside-the-box thinking to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

- Oversee the entire restaurant operation, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
- Lead and maintain adherence to menu standards and service quality.
- Set and achieve company performance goals and financial targets.
- Oversee financial performance, including labor, inventory, and cost management.
- Create and manage schedules for all FOH and BOH team members.
- Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts with leadership team.
- Supervise all ordering processes for FOH and BOH operations.
- Lead the development, coaching, and mentoring of the management team and hourly staff.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and hospitality.
- Set the tone for sincere hospitality and team culture throughout the restaurant.
- Partner and collaborate with FOH, BOH, and Chef leadership teams to drive results.
- 3+ years of upscale full-service or fine dining restaurant experience as a General Manager.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed under pressure.
- Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and professionally presentable.
- Passionate and committed to the hospitality industry and guest experience.
- Strong systems knowledge and ability to implement structured processes.
