Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable information about products and assortment;
Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store;
Serve as go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure smooth execution and high productivity;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment;
Promote and drive customer participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment
