Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, staffing, and training staff.
• Support merchandising, stocking, and proper product presentation.
• Help manage inventory, including damages, markdowns, and stock counts.
• Ensure in-stock levels and proper ordering practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
• Participate in store opening and closing, deposit funds securely, and maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Review sales and expense reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and timely.
• Operate store functions in the absence of the store manager.

• Ability to interpret procedures, perform basic math, and handle cash accurately.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, safety, and security practices.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred:
  Bilingual (Spanish) in some locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
• Occasional climbing, driving, and exposure to outdoor weather.
