Store Manager Candidate

The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in key store operations, including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.

This role involves assisting with recruiting, stocking, inventory control, and ensuring store safety and cleanliness. The candidate will act as a store leader in the manager's absence and help analyze business trends through operational metrics.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and merchandising practices
• Ability to interpret procedures and perform basic math
• Preferably with a high school diploma and retail experience
• Bilingual skills may be advantageous

• Support store opening, closing, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment
• Manage cash, security, and store safety procedures
  
  Review sales and inventory data to identify business opportunities
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds
• Use of equipment like scanners, carts, and ladders
• Fast-paced environment with occasional outdoor exposure and travel
