We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Dock Attendants to join our team and help us provide a memorable experience for our customers.

Job Description: As a Summer Reservation/Store Associate at Rollingview Marina, you will be an integral part of our team, providing excellent customer service through in-person and phone reservations, store assistance, and efficient cash register operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and provide information to customers inquiring about boat rentals and other services.
• Assist customers in making reservations, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Confirm reservations with customers and provide necessary information.

• Stock and maintain inventory in our marina store, including items such as boating accessories, snacks, and essentials.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide information about available items.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented.

• Ring up customer purchases accurately, and handle cash and card transactions securely.
• Maintain cash register records, including sales receipts and transactions.
• Provide change and receipts to customers as needed.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in a prompt and efficient manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash register operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and transactions.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Work Schedule: This is a seasonal position for the summer months, with hours that may include weekends and holidays. Part-time and full-time positions may be available.
