Maintain donation site in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition; greet donors and provide courteous service;
Safeguard donations at the trailer and ensure proper handling and storage until pickup;
Set up and maintain donation site setup (chairs, tables, umbrella, signage) and ensure surroundings are free of debris;
Record donations in donor log and respond to hourly check-ins via mobile device;
Assist donors by carrying donations to the trailer and providing receipts; uphold charity's mission and donor relations
