Maintain front end standards per No Noticeable Wait Policy;
Manage guest traffic flow at the front end and bagging area;
Collaborate with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to align schedules with labor guides;
Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed;
Process guest orders and perform cashier/guest service clerk duties;
Ensure front end is clean and stocked and parking lot is orderly;
Be a positive role model for front end hosts;
Block unused check lanes when not in use;
Monitor and enforce front end policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control;
Perform other duties as assigned by management
