Responsible for asssiting the cutomer Service Manager and the Assistant customer service manager in maitining standards according to Front end Standard Practices, maxdimizing sales throught excellent customer service.

• smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service whil engaging customer to crate positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name wheneve possible
• assit customers on how to use self hecouts properly including use of hte hand scanner for fast and easy checkout experience
• Respond timely to customer inquiries and self check out system notifications
• Monitor multiple self check out for proper customer usage including the scanning of all itmes and the acurate scanning of each item
• Remind customer of items located on the bottom of the cart or tiems under baby seat prior to them completing the transaction
• When neeed assit in scanning the custmers order and provide instructions on payments
• Complet self-checkout void, age restricted item verifications and any other SCO assist function accordance with Front End Standartd Practice
• Avoid personal converations with other associates when customers are present
• Follow procedures in handling proper acceptance and payment processing at self checkout for checks and coupons
• Maintain alertness and call for assitance when needed to service customer per service standards
• Engage and Identify self checkout customer needing assistance
• is couteous and helpful to other assocaites needing assistance
• Wear the Fooo Lion uniform, complete with name badge, when on duty , has neat and clean
• Collect and returns shopping carts from the self checkout area
• Ensure the self checkout area has a neat and clean presentation
• Report any self-checkout issues to the Customer Service Manager or MOD
• Adhere to all company guideline, policies and standard practices
• Ability to perform troubleshoting steps on self checkouts as needed
• Observe and correct all unsage conditions that could cause associate or customer accidents
• Notify QA of any cleaning issues or Mainitncance require on front end
• Successfully complete comurter based training (CBT) and trining aid courses
• Ensure self chekcout are supplied with proper bags,
• Perform all other duties as asigned

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Effecotve cp,,imocatopm amd cistp,er Service Skills
• Ability and willingnes to learn multiple tasks and techinicals requirements of the job
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job fuctions
• Must be able to meet the physical requirement of the positon, with or without reasonable accomodations.

• Ability to use computers, smart devices, inlcuding the SCO mobiel attenedant and othe rcommunications systems required to perform job fucntions
• Peform repetitive hand and arm motions
• Bend and lift products weighting up to 15 lbs, continuosly, 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs, on occasion
• Stand 100% of the time, frequenly wakong short distances
• Be able to handle a variety of sbustnces associated with cleaning and packaging materials, fresh fruits , vegetable, house plants/flowers and househoold cleaners.
• Use hands to frequenly/ continuosly to operate a variety of equiptment such as self checkout or cash register.
• Frequent reaching and grasping at waist level: ocassionlay above shoulder or below waist level
• Meet established volume activity standards for the position
• Tolerate workin gin extrem hot/cold temeperatures for up to 20 minutes at the time
• Have sufficent visual ability to check , checks, invoices and any other mobie handheld devices.
