- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, and construction
- Promote and sell a comprehensive range of wooden pallets, crates, and custom packaging solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B, industrial products, or packaging solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
