• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, and construction
• Promote and sell a comprehensive range of wooden pallets, crates, and custom packaging solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B, industrial products, or packaging solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
