The Account Manager – OEM Solutions is responsible for growing and supporting OEM Server, Storage, Software, and Networking solutions across a portfolio of retail client partners. These partners range from payment automation providers to technology-driven retail solution companies.
This role focuses on managing existing relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to increase OEM solution adoption. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, proactive, and comfortable working within a retail technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow OEM server, storage, software, and networking opportunities within assigned retail client accounts
- Support partners ranging from payment automation providers to broader retail technology solution organizations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Qualify new opportunities and assist in closing deals in partnership with sales leadership
- Collaborate with inside sales, outbound sales, and marketing to drive OEM solution awareness
- Coordinate with OEM partner teams to leverage programs, incentives, and promotional offerings
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM documentation
- Provide regular performance and growth updates to sales leadership
- Ensure smooth collaboration with technical configuration and delivery teams to support client success
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or technology business development
- Experience supporting retail technology, payment systems, or OEM infrastructure solutions preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partner accounts
- Results-driven with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention
- High School Diploma required
- Relevant sales or technical certifications a plus
- Retail technology account management

- Understanding of OEM programs and solution positioning
- Standard office environment
- Primarily sedentary with occasional movement between work areas
- Frequent interaction with retail client partners, OEM vendors, and internal teams
