Skyview Retractables is a local, established, family-owned business serving the Raleigh, NC area and backed by nationwide manufacturers and partners. We specialize in motorized retractable screens, vinyl enclosures, awnings, and fixed screen porch systems that help homeowners expand and enjoy their outdoor living spaces.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who can manage the full sales cycle from the first homeowner consultation through final project completion. This is a consultative, in-home sales role where the representative is responsible not only for generating revenue but also for ensuring accurate project specifications and clear communication between the homeowner, the office, and the installation team.
When leads come in, we schedule an in-home consultation with the homeowner to review their project goals and evaluate the space. During the appointment, the sales representative will present product samples, color options, and configuration possibilities, take measurements, and provide a detailed estimate. Many sales are closed during the first consultation, with a deposit collected and the project prepared for ordering and installation.
This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable interacting with homeowners, and capable of managing multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
