Job Title: Territory Manager/Sales representative
Location: Western North Carolina (must live in this area)
Salary Range: $36k-$100k
Compensation structure: Base salary plus commission

The Darrah & Co team includes over 20 sales representatives within the Southeast region, and we represent over 35 different brands. - We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager/Sales Representative to join our wholesale gift sales team. This role is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, prospecting new accounts, and promoting our portfolio of gift and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, personable, and passionate about providing exceptional service while driving business growth.
- Manage and grow existing wholesale customer accounts within assigned territory
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, visiting retail stores, networking, and industry events
- Present product lines, seasonal collections, and promotions to retailers in person and virtually
- Build strong relationships with independent retailers, specialty shops, and key accounts within the territory
- Achieve sales goals by effectively planning and executing territory management strategies
- Provide outstanding customer service, including timely follow-ups, order support, and product knowledge
- Represent Darrah & Company during January and July markets in Atlanta and at regional trade shows
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Submit sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM or designated systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively
- Experience in the Gift and Home Industry or related industries is preferred
- Comfortable with technology, CRM tools, and virtual presentations
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Must live in the Western North Carolina area
