Cary or Houston. Join us today as a Business Development Representative in one of our global Digital Centers of Excellence. In this role you will develop quality pipelines and support the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC.

• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan and reach out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Develop inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for the field sales team.
• Use a persistent and innovative mindset to identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach.
• Ensure enablement and training are part of your daily operating rhythm.
• Participate in global projects and be the innovator in solving everyday problems.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position, with an On‑Target Earnings (OTE) range of $69,600 - $85,100. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country‑specific benefits.
