What you will do
As a Foot & Ankle Sales Rep, you will sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products that meet our customers' needs. You will become the resident expert and work with surgeons and healthcare professionals, organizing materials and offering solutions during operating room consultations. You will manage inventory, provide training and product advice, and support customers as needed. You will drive the mission to change lives by promoting Stryker products.
Whatyou need
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination). 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments. Able to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours.
Must adhere to compliance and ethics, protecting confidentiality and meeting all applicable regulations.

Sales commission only: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits.
Travel Percentage: 20%.
