$3K–$4K/mo base + uncapped commission. $100K+ OTE for closers who show up.

We hand you motivated‑seller leads who already raised their hand. Your job is to build trust on the phone, meet them at the property, and walk away with a signed contract.

• Run appointments at properties, take photos, log everything in the CRM, and follow up until it's a yes or a clear no.

• Building rapport fast and getting people to trust you on the phone
• Staying calm and likable through objections
• Following up relentlessly without being pushy
• Reading a person and a property to know what the deal needs
• Working a CRM like second nature

• Call and text inbound motivated‑seller leads and book appointments
• Meet sellers at their property, build trust, present offers
• Take clear property photos and document condition
• Negotiate and get purchase agreements signed
• Log every touch, note, and next step in the CRM same‑day
• Follow up on every open lead until it closes or dies

• In‑office in Cary/Raleigh, full‑time, set hours
• Reliable transportation for property visits
• Strong phone presence and clear spoken English
• Coachable, organized, comfortable being measured on results
• Comfortable with technology and CRM data entry

• Bilingual English/Spanish — a BIG plus (we buy from Spanish‑speaking sellers across NC and want a closer who can sit at their kitchen table in their language)
• Sales or real‑estate experience (wholesaling, acquisitions, inside sales)
• Familiarity with the Triangle housing market
• Track record of hitting a quota or commission target
