Rhino7 Franchise Sales & Development has 25+ years of experience helping franchise brands grow through franchise sales and development. We specialize in franchise sales, lead cultivation, and building strong relationships with consultants, brokers, and franchisees, while also supporting our brand partners in areas such as territory development, marketing, real estate, construction, and operations.
We are looking for a Franchise Sales Coordinator to support our franchise sales team and help keep the sales process organized, responsive, and moving forward. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, is comfortable with technology, and takes initiative to find better and more efficient ways to get things done.
You'll work closely with Rhino7's leadership and franchise sales team, supporting approximately 12–15 team members while gaining exposure to multiple stages of the franchise sales and development process, including lead processing, territory availability, CRM and database management, sales and marketing materials, and day‑to‑day sales support.
AI is also an important part of how we work. We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in AI, enjoys learning new tools, and is excited about finding practical ways to use technology to improve processes and help the team work more efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Support the franchise sales team throughout the franchise sales and development process.
- Process incoming leads and help maintain accurate, organized lead and prospect information.
- Maintain CRM and other databases, including entering, updating, and organizing records.
- Assist with franchise territory availability checks in response to broker and consultant requests.
- Create and update sales presentations, marketing materials, and other sales‑support resources using Canva and other tools.
- Coordinate the preparation, fulfillment, and shipment of materials to franchise prospects, brokers, and consultants.
- Use AI tools to support research, content development, organization, documentation, and process improvement, while identifying opportunities to make recurring tasks and workflows more efficient.
- Learn Rhino7's franchise development process and gain broader exposure to how franchise brands grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive, collaborative, and team‑oriented approach.
- Self‑directed, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative and learning new technology.
- Genuine interest in AI and enthusiasm for exploring practical ways to use it at work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience creating and updating professional marketing or sales materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Prior experience in sales support, business development, operations, marketing, customer service, administrative support, or a similar business environment is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Franchise industry experience is a plus, but not required.
What You’ll Gain
This role offers an opportunity to learn the franchise industry from experienced professionals while gaining hands‑on exposure to the franchise sales and development process. You'll work on a variety of projects, learn how different parts of the business work together, and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and experience grow.
