Job Description & How to Apply Below

The Account Development Representative is often the first point of contact between Threat Mark and prospective customers, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects within targeted accounts. Working closely with Marketing and Account Executives, the BDR uncovers business needs, positions Threat Mark's value around digital banking fraud prevention and intelligence, and creates high-quality opportunities for the sales organization. This role supports Threat Mark's sales-led, enterprise B2B go-to-market motion in the financial fraud prevention market and contributes field insight that sharpens account-based strategy and overall go-to-market execution.

Key

responsibilities
  • Researches, prioritizes, and engages decision-makers and influencers within ICP accounts using account signals, AI prospecting tools (e.g., Regie.ai - The AI sales assistant), and personalized outreach across calls, email, and Linked In.
  • Qualifies inbound leads from marketing programs (website, webinars, events, and campaigns) with urgency and precision, following up promptly to convert interest into meetings.
  • Runs high-quality discovery conversations to uncover business drivers, pain points, and initiatives, positioning Threat Mark's fraud prevention solutions effectively.
  • Executes multi-channel outbound sequences across calls, email, and Linked In with disciplined cadence and follow-through, sustaining consistent activity against pipeline targets.
  • Partners with Marketing and Account Executives to build and progress target-account strategies, ensuring consistent pipeline creation and a clean handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and sales-accepted opportunities, contributing to pipeline coverage and revenue growth.
  • Owns accountability for pipeline quality, not just volume, improving lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Maintains accurate, timely records of activity, contacts, and opportunity status in the CRM, ensuring clean data and reliable reporting.
  • Supports pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up to maximize meeting conversion and campaign ROI.
  • Shares competitive intelligence and market feedback with Marketing and Sales, acting as a voice of the field to sharpen messaging and go-to-market execution.
  • Contributes to outbound sequences, call scripts, and messaging frameworks, helping refine the team's playbooks over time.
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years in business development, sales development, or lead generation in a B2B environment (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and qualified-meeting targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill and present complex or technical concepts clearly.
  • Comfort with high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls, email, and social selling) and the resilience to sustain it.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Regie.ai, Sales Loft, or similar.
  • Experience leveraging AI and GenAI-driven tools to personalize outreach and improve prospecting efficiency at scale.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize across many accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with adaptability, coachability, and a passion for driving measurable impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Preferred qualifications
  • Background in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, banking, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience prospecting into or selling to financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing and enterprise demand-generation tactics.
  • Experience building outbound cadences, call scripts, and messaging frameworks.
Core Competencies
  • Prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Discovery and qualification.
  • Executive-level communication and objection handling.
