- Identify new growth opportunities and uncover unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI patient populations
- Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including physician champions and hospital leadership
- Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education, and program-building initiatives
- Create demand and expand access to the Artix and Lim Flow portfolios to grow long-term franchise value
- Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers using shared targets, aligned messaging, and real-time field insights
- Deliver high-impact presentations outlining clinical and financial benefits to physicians and hospital administration
- Provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing as a key clinical voice for innovation
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events
- Act as a clinical subject matter expert during national calls and training programs
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Medical Education to support new hire onboarding and ongoing training needs
- Develop and disseminate insights to internal stakeholders during pre-sale and evaluation processes
- Perform other responsibilities as needed to support regional and national initiatives
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, reporting)
- Exceptional presentation skills—from 1:1 settings to large audiences
- Clinical excellence and comfort in case-based environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven leadership and ability to educate and develop others
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Passion for patient-focused, team-based healthcare solutions
- Robust sales and business acumen
- Strong communication habits using company systems and tools
- BS degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience
- Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Stryker or Inari sales/clinical preferred
- Previous experience in the peripheral arterial space
- Travel Percentage: 60%
- May be required, depending on customer requirements, to obtain the COVID-19 vaccination as an essential function of the role
Demonstrates clinical expertise in peripheral vascular arterial sales, with a strong focus on patient-centered healthcare solutions and the ability to drive therapy adoption through education and program-building initiatives. Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations to enhance product visibility and franchise value.
