Sales Associate - Chinese & English Bilingual

The Sales Associate plays a key role in establishing, maintaining, and developing business, social, and civic relations with customers. This position is crucial for sharing the rich tastes and health benefits of Asian cuisine while achieving sales objectives through strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the sales process.

• Travel to customer and potential customer facilities to provide information and support.
• Establish and nurture business relationships within the assigned territory.
• Sell company'sproducts to all customers in the designated area.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Execute the sales plan and implement price adjustments as directed by management.
• Communicate plans to customers and manage resources effectively.
• Share new product opportunities and gather feedback through field activities.
• Work with the accounting department to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
• Assist in setting sales objectives for the territory with area managers.
• Cooperate with operations and logistics staff to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely reports of field activities and attend quarterly inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Standard working hours:
  Monday to Friday, with flexibility based on customer needs.
• Travel may be required.

• Proficiency in Chinese and English. (Chinese skill must be fluent - native level)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of sales experience in the Asian food industry preferred
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of word processing software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
