Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering within a healthcare environment.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Preferred:
Relevant certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar are a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Zscaler for secure internet access and threat protection.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and technologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise IT systems including Microsoft Entra, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Ensure secure and efficient networking infrastructure across the organization.
- Deploy and manage Zscaler for secure internet access and threat protection.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance.
- Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for seamless user access.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance across all IT systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business and clinical applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and Eventus Whole Health policies and procedures pertaining to the job. Remain informed of any changes to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and Eventus Whole Health policies and procedures that impact the job and the company. Promptly report any non‑compliant conduct and/or practices to Eventus Whole Health’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
Conduct
Ensure adherence to Eventus Whole Health's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Perform the job duties with integrity and professionalism. Promptly report any unethical conduct and/or practices to Eventus Whole Health’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
Patient Privacy And ConfidentialityStrictly protect patient information in accordance with all federal and state privacy laws and Eventus Whole Health policies and procedures. Promptly report any violations of federal and state privacy laws and Eventus Whole Health policies and procedures to Eventus Whole Health’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
Documentation and Record KeepingMaintain accurate and complete documentation when performing the job duties. Ensure that all Eventus Whole Health information, data, documentation, and records are always safeguarded and maintained confidentially.
Training and EducationParticipate in all assigned training. Complete all assigned training by the deadline for completion.
Risk Management and Incident ReportingEngage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively with a supervisor and Eventus Whole Health’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer to mitigate any identified risks. Promptly report any incidents (as defined in the “Incident Report Policy”) to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
