Provide customer service to clients, students, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, athletic fields, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location and/or shift;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control concerns, disturbances, and medical situations until additional help arrives;
Monitor and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations; help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through high-visibility presence and professional communication;
Complete required documentation such as activity logs and incident reports, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision
