Responsibilities- Visit construction sites and document progress and readiness for interior casework installation.
- Educate and coordinate with general contractors and owners to ensure readiness for an efficient casework installation.
- Coordinate access, storage, readiness, schedule, phasing, hoisting, and jobsite rules.
- Attend jobsite progress meetings.
- Perform quality control inspections of casework installation and enforce adherence to Nycom installation standards.
- Coordinate with project management to contract and schedule installation subcontractors.
- Enforce safety policies and jobsite cleanup.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials.
- Take field dimensions at job sites.
- Install various product lines.
- Develop punch lists and ensure timely completion of installations.
- Install miscellaneous items that may arrive following mobilization.
- Update project managers on the status of projects.
- Ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and satisfies customers.
- Manage direct reports/installers (1–3 person crew).
- Travel approximately 70% of time.

The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time and priorities to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Opportunities for advancement are available. A pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check will be required prior to starting employment.
Requirements- Build solid business relationships with architects, facilities personnel, end users, and general contractors.
- Be physically able to work at construction sites on a daily basis.
- Communicate accurately and timely with all departments within Nycom and with clients.
- Read and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings, carpentry, and project closeout administration.
- Coordinate work with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical trades.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead carpenter, foreman, or superintendent.
