Field/Service Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Installation Technician
- Greater Greensboro, NC Area
Our Field Service Technicians work in our customer’s machine shops and manufacturing companies in a hands-on capacity, using a variety of tools to repair, maintain, and install CNC and manual machine tools. This is a full-time, hourly position for a responsible individual capable of working with minimal supervision. Field Service Technicians works in a defined, regional territory. Response to service and installation dictate job schedule.
Applicant must be willing to drive daily and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements
- Ability to learn technical subjects
- Mechanical aptitude
- Work experience in the troubleshooting, installation, and repair of CNC Machine Tools Products.
- Must have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Commitment of customer satisfaction.
- Strong motivation and results-oriented attitude
- Experience or education in a mechanical field
- Maturity and self-reliance
- Good organization skills
- Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs., work on machines, etc.
- Good driving record with no DUI
- Ability to obtain a valid Passport and maintain.
- Ability to use software for programming and documentation/record keeping.
- Standard work hours 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Overtime as needed by customer requirements. Requires flexibility to complete job.
North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia
As a Service Technician, you will be assigned a company vehicle, company card for fuel and maintenance, a Lap Top, iPad and Cell Phone.
Compensation:$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year depending on experience.
