Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations. You will perform installations, repairs, and relocations of equipment, provide customer training, and troubleshoot communications at the customer site.
The role requires driving to sites, maintaining vehicle readiness, and delivering a positive customer experience. You will handle scheduled and unscheduled service calls, maintain records, and work with the Data Center to ensure timely service.
