HVAC Installer Technician

Job Description

LSGI has an Immediate opening for a HVAC Service Installer (Charlotte)

Landmark Services Group, Inc. is looking for someone with the following skillset:

• 3+ years experience in the installation of equipment and ductwork
• Has the ability to self-manage jobs, proficient with "paperwork" and time management skills are necessary.
• Understands HVAC systems and duct layout

• Follows mechanical code and manufacturer installation standards
• Has good communication skills

• Self-discipline in maintaining high standards and enforcing these standard when performing one’s job and supervising others
• Experience with dispatch software important
• Service experience with maintenance, repairs and troubleshoot experience a plus.

• Experience with commercial handyman, maintenance services, plumbing repair or general all-around maintenance background is a plus.

We have an excellent benefits and compensation package, including performance and profit based bonuses, training and vehicle. This is not a traveling job, flat rate based or part-time job. This is a full-time position and requires you to be dedicated to your craft(s). Our clientele consists both residential and light commercial customers.
