Are you a skilled carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and creating functional, well‑built spaces? We are seeking a talented Carpenter to join our Building Maintenance and Operations team
. In this role, you will perform a variety of construction, renovation, repair, and installation projects that support the upkeep and improvement of campus facilities. Your work will directly impact the appearance, safety, and functionality of buildings and spaces used every day.

This position is ideal for an experienced trades professional who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and delivering high‑quality results. From renovations and space reconfigurations to finish carpentry and fixture installation
, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your skills across a wide range of projects while collaborating with other skilled trades professionals.

• Perform carpentry work related to renovations, repairs, alterations, and construction projects, including the installation and finishing of drywall, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and related building components.
• Install and repair doors, windows, trim, millwork, hardware, partitions, and other interior and exterior building features.
• Modify and reconfigure existing spaces by removing or constructing walls, installing partitions, and making structural and non-structural alterations to support facility needs.
