Electra Solutions LLC, a growing residential electrical company in the Raleigh–Durham Triangle, is seeking a skilled Residential Electrician – Sales & Service. This role blends expert electrical service with customer-facing sales, requiring a professional who takes pride in delivering clean, code-compliant work and building trust with homeowners. Candidates should be experienced in residential electrical service and construction, including panels and EV charger installations, and possess the ability to clearly explain repair and upgrade options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues and perform panel upgrades
• Install EV chargers and undertake general service and construction electrical work
• Conduct electrical safety evaluations and troubleshoot problems efficiently
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to provide honest repair and upgrade options
• Drive add-on sales by educating customers on safety, code compliance, and value
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at the job site
• Follow company standard operating procedures and safety standards
• Represent Electra Solutions positively and professionally in all interactions
• Collaborate with sales and field managers while working independently or in small teams
• Utilize company software and digital diagnostic tools for scheduling, reporting, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential electrical service
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential electrical systems, panel upgrades, and EV charger installations
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Customer service and communication expertise
• Knowledge of code compliance and safety standards
• Sales techniques with a consultative approach
• Attention to detail and high workmanship standards
